We are pleased to be recruiting for a newly created Communications & Events Coordinator position, on behalf of our client, a leading US law firm in the heart of the City.
This role will work closely with the firms’ lawyers and Business Development team members to draft, collate and distribute content across the full range of marketing channels, as well as providing event and corporate hospitality support across EMEA.
Initially offered on a 6 month fixed-term contract basis, this is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with prior marketing/communications experience, gained from within a law firm or professional services environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the drafting, and editing, of content for use across all external communications channels.
- Working with outside agencies in the production of thought leadership content.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with external agencies and overseas colleagues.
- Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Supporting the process for awards submissions and awards dinners.
- Providing events support across EMEA.
- Coordinating with client hospitality colleagues across EMEA, liaising suppliers and venues.
A highly competitive salary range of £45-53,000 per annum (pro-rata) is on offer and the interview process will be commencing ASAP.
