Job description
Working within Zeus Engineering as an Apprentice manufacturing engineer will involve a range of duties including the operation of a range of machinery and general Engineering duties.
Working in the manufacturing area to include operation of manual Mills and lathe, moving on to operation of CNC mills and lathes. On site training will be given in the production of a variety of components for classic cars.
The manufacture of components to a high standard. manual and CNC machining of components operating and loading CNC mills and lathe some assembly work cleaning down machines and work area General engineering duties as required.
Hours: 40.00 per week

We share our facility with our sister company, Zeus Engineering, which manufactures braking components into the same sector. Requirements and Prospects:
APTITUDE FOR ENGINEERING, ABILITY TO TAKE AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTION. LEVEL 4 MATHS AND ENGLISH. ABLE TO WORK IN WORKSHOP ENVIRONMENT. GOOD TIME KEEPING AND ATTENDANCE ESSENTIAL.

Training Provided:
While learning on the job, you will work towards gaining and Engineering Operative qualification with Exeter College.
Additional Information:
Grade 4/C in English and Maths or equivalent.
