We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Assistant Customer Strategy & Insight Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Supporting with gathering insight to assist with customer change, propositional development, marketing / communications, and business understanding / thought leadership
- Analyse learnings from multiple research sources, translating them into insights and foresight, presenting and interpreting findings in a compelling way
- Scan intelligence sources for trends, potential signals, and emerging needs
- Proactively understand key stakeholder problem statements and support with solving challenges using insight and foresight
- Collaborate with stakeholders to find opportunities to growth customer advocacy or revenue
- Contribute productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
- Interrogate data and information
- Proven experience of working with research / insight – producing clear and relevant outputs and detailing the findings alongside actionable recommendations
- Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
- Work with other members of the team to help shape research briefs where new primary research is required, ensuring that it is robust, cost effective, and complies with relevant legislation and industry best practice and applicable codes of conduct.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; with an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- Ensure insights are distributed to stakeholders in an engaging and informative manner
The base location for this role is Birmingham 1 Centenary Square. However, we welcome applications from candidates in other UK locations and are open to flexible working arrangements - as this role is hybrid. Minimum two days a week on site.
