Join our client as an Engineering Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of their business. As an expert in AV and Smart Home installation services, you will lead a team of Engineers, overseeing the seamless delivery of projects in collaboration with the design team. Your technical prowess, leadership abilities, and innovative problem-solving skills will drive continuous development and success for the company.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Engineers, ensuring the flawless execution of AV, Smart Technology, and Networking projects.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the construction team and internal stakeholders, facilitating smooth project coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, swiftly resolving any issues that arise.
• Programme and configure AV hardware, including Networking, Lutron Lighting, Savant, and HDBaseT systems.
• Conduct comprehensive quality checks to maintain the company's commitment to excellence.
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs when necessary.
• Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record in successfully managing and leading a team of Engineers.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in AV installation, programming, and configuration, with a particular emphasis on Lutron and Savant systems.
• Experience in managing both Commercial and Residential projects.
