Are you a front-of-house professional with experience in the corporate sector?
Our client is a mid-sized investment firm with stunning offices near Mayfair.
The receptionist role covers maternity and the person will act as a key liaison across the business, supporting the office manager in terms of office supplies, looking after the meeting rooms, setting up AV equipment and helping the EAs with additional support.
The role has some quiet times so you should be a self-starter who can be proactive.
You will be part of a support team of EAs and PAs and work in a diverse, international culture with high expectations but a collegiate atmosphere.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude.
Salary is dependent on experience.
