We are recruiting for two Engineering apprentices, one mechanical and one electrical. You will be tasked with maintenance and projects on site, while working towards a Level 3 Qualification with Weston College.

What do you do?
You are responsible for learning!
Think of massive car shredders and ship loading cranes – it’s a big, heavy, dirty industry.
You take every opportunity to get involved and ask questions, focusing on how you can contribute to make things better. You will receive training from experienced and professional Managers allowing you the opportunity to gain hands on experience in mechanical fitting/ fabrication and hydraulics. You will also work integrally within the team, helping to plan maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
Who are you?
You are Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable – you plan your time and love solving problems. You communicate effectively and speak up when you have ideas on safety or continuous improvement. Complete this apprenticeship and you could be a Fitter, Engineer, or even Manager!
Your Qualifications
- You are willing to complete a L3 Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship (Weston College)
- You must be 18 years old on first day of employment due to insurance purposes.
