PETA Ltd are working with Harwin to recruit the Engineers of the future. This exciting new partnership will give ten apprentices the chance to experience a unique and bespoke training scheme.

Harwin has been successfully providing apprenticeship opportunities for nearly 20 years. Our trainees are a vital part of our workforce and many have had long and rewarding careers with the company.
As an Engineering Apprentice, you will complete a Level 2 Engineering Operative qualification.
Our students will complete a comprehensive training programme covering 12 modules together with the opportunity to gain work experience within our manufacturing and engineering facility. The roles will primarily be based at the Harwin facility in Farlington but apprentices must be flexible to travel to the PETA site in Havant for some training delivery.

Due to the specialist nature of the processes within Harwin there may be roles available in all our divisions including: -
- Plastics
- Electro Plating
- High Speed Stamping
- Automated Assembly
- Robotic production
- Software Programming
- R&D Machine/Tool Build or Design
- Product Design
Could this role be the ideal fit for me?
To be considered for one of our Engineering Apprentice vacancies, you will require the following skills and attributes:
- Have GCSE 4 or above grades in Maths and English plus either Physics, Resistant Materials, Engineering or Design Technology
- Be PC Literate
- Have a “can do” mentality
- Be a good communicator

- 37.5 hour working week (8.30 am – 4.30 pm Mon thru Thur & 3.30 pm Fri)
