About the Apprenticeship

Our Apprenticeship programmes have become well established over many years within our various sites in the UK, and we are proud to see the success and development of the employees who began their career on our apprenticeship programmes.

This apprenticeship programme is designed to develop you over 3 years to reach a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification in Engineering . Once the course is complete you will be encouraged to apply for a position at one of our sites .

You will work directly with the technical engineering team , who will invest time and effort in helping you make the most out of this opportunity. You will also have a dedicated coach who will help you succeed at work and at college .

During your apprenticeship you will learn to work in an efficient and confident way, and develop skills such as:

  • How to communicate technical information and identify engineering equipment

  • Develop productive working relationships with colleagues

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Business Health and Safety procedures

  • STEM skills

We will provide all of the tools to help you succeed. In return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm and passion to learn and develop.

We keep our list of requirements short, but there are a few that you will need:

  • You will have a minimum of 4 GCSE qualifications at standard grade c/grade 5 or above, including Maths and English

  • You will be willing to learn and take a positive approach to problem solving

  • You will have the ability to be flexible and manage time effectively

  • You will have great attention to detail

  • You will be a team player
