Engineer I - Engineer Development Program

Formally trained Engineer pursuing a career in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

Train to run highly sophisticated CNC machines to produce complex aircraft parts. The successful candidate must have a passion for working and hands-on learning. Become familiar and experienced with metal cutting techniques, vibration and chatter analysis and machining process planning. This is a hands-on development program for future leaders in the aerospace manufacturing industry. Among other opportunities, train to run highly sophisticated CNC machines to produce complex aircraft parts.

The strongest candidates will be exposed to many areas of the business. Patriot Machine prefers to promote from within, so this experience will be highly beneficial for growth at our company.

Development will be ongoing and employees will take on roles best suited to their interests and the company’s needs.

Gaining a strong knowledge of CNC machining and other areas of the business will be the basis for growing and taking on additional responsibilities for a future leadership role.

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree Required
• Applicant must be a U.S. Person
• High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excels with hands-on projects
• Hard working and driven
