Our R&D and prototyping fab is nestled in the heart of North Carolina’s Research Triangle. Our skilled staff has an admirable record of successful projects and extensive experience in process development and prototyping, including 2.5D and 3D manufacturing and the use of exotic materials. - 25,000 sq ft facility
- 7,000 sq ft clean space (class 100)
- In-house 2.5D/3D technology development
- In-house 2.5D/3D IC prototyping
- 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm wafer processing
- Fab processes include photo, etch, thin film deposition, surface prep, metalization, bonding, wafer thinning, CMP, pick-and-place
- Wafer-to-wafer, chip-to-wafer, and chiplet-to-interposer bonding
- Hybrid bonding
- Micro Transfer Printing(MTP)
- Expansion in progressto add a high-volume advanced packaging line
We are looking for an Associate Fab Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and a passion for problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and carry out demonstrations of new products and process flows
- Develop engineering plans
- Evaluate and document new product flows and unit processes
- Create production travelers
- Monitor and track product throughout the fab
- Continuous process improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot processing
- Interface with customers and all levels of management
- Support day-to-day operations and equipment maintenance
- Maintain a safe work environment (may include housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste)
Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering, Technology, Physical Sciences
_ or _equivalent experience in semiconductor industry
- 1+ years' experience in semiconductor R&D or manufacturing, preferred
- Understanding of semiconductor processes

- Knowledge of project planning, design of experiment, and scheduling
- Able to generate reports and present orally at meetings
- Can use Microsoft Office

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
