CVC Solicitors have an opportunity for a Secretary/Admin Assistant to join our busy firm.
We are a long-established firm that benefits from modern offices and a very good reputation, with an associated high standard of client care.
You will be working for the fee earners within the Private Client Department, audio typing, opening files for the fee earners, providing updates to clients, photocopying, scanning, file closing and archiving as and when required, carrying out general administrative tasks and using the case management system to produce and store documents.
Training will be given and career progression is possible.
You must be flexible and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. Previous secretarial experience would be desirable but not essential but knowledge of Outlook is necessary.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm based at our Longrock offce.
