Would you like to be a key member of our Architect & Engineering team and take extra good care of the consultant community in the UK & Ireland (UK&I) market? We are now looking for an additional Architect & Engineering Program Manager to join our well-established UK& Ireland team - are you the one?
This role is home-office based in the United Kingdom. Preferably we'd have you based in and around the north, starting with Birmingham, Leeds, and Warrington.
The Axis Architecture and Engineering (A&E) program is one of the cornerstones of the Axis business. As an Architect & Engineering Manager (A&E Manager), you will be responsible for generating awareness and demand of Axis products within the consultant and specifiers community to maximize the significant growth potential for network video in the UK & Ireland market.
As part of the role, you will own responsibility for defining and executing the Axis A&E program in the UK, aligning the approach and messaging with the entire region's wider business objectives.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You will be working with the UK & Ireland sales professionals. As part of a team of experts, you will collaborate with the regional sales organization and Architect & Engineering community to deliver our partners' valuable services. Together with the team, you translate the company's business strategies and objectives into a successful relationship with the industry's key consultants - creating a 'pull' from the market and sales activities that drive customer satisfaction.
YOUR JOB AS AN A&E MANAGER
Managing relationships with stakeholders...
- Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E program members
- Build relationships with new consultants within this business area
Process development & consulting...
- Support consultants by advising on specifications around Axis network video products
- Support and develop our identified focus accounts within A&E
Education & development...
- Proactively educate the consultant community on the key challenges of the industry and position Axis as a thought leader and trusted advisor
- Educate specifiers on the smart use of Axis design tools, ensuring system design accuracy and improving their operational efficiencies.
Business planning...
- Define strategy and actions in line with the EMEA Head region and the UK & Ireland region
- Align the A&E program with the activities of our regional sales, building a project pipeline through Axis Products' specification into new projects.
- Work collaboratively in a virtual team with peers from Axis sales regions worldwide to ensure development and use of the best practice.
This is a home-office role, that would require travel across the UK. Some travel to the Nordic countries will be necessary.

You have a flair for demand creation, you are innovative in ways of working and developing new initiatives. We also see that you are comfortable with communicating at all levels in an organization and understand the value of building long-term relationships. The right candidate should be articulate and possess excellent presentation skills. You have experience in developing and executing business plans, with a proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed your objectives.
You are comfortable working individually but also enjoy being an important and integral member of the immediate Sales, Engineering, Marketing and other virtual teams.
