The Role We are seeking to recruit a flexible, hardworking and professional Engagement Officer on a permanent contract. The core purpose of the role is to work alongside the Assistant Principal for Behaviour, Year Teams, other Academy staff and Support Agencies to improve attendance levels and reduce unauthorised absence at Central Academy. This is a wide and varied role aimed towards tackling barriers preventing students attending and ensuring students can make the most of their learning. The role will be full time, 37.5 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks (42 working weeks). This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful, and rapidly developing academy.
