Job Purpose
Supporting the delivery of effective student engagement
This integral role will be responsible for engaging with students in their first term to ensure they are ready to study, as well as students who regularly fall below the minimum requirement of engagement at the school. Through reviewing engagement data, you will take appropriate actions in line with the school’s retention and progression strategy. You will also be involved with all student engagement events and activities.
What you’ll be doing
Reviewing engagement trackers to ensure accuracy of data- Regularly contact students who fall below the required level of engagement
- Tracking student responses/outcomes on Microsoft Forms
- Reviewing contact details and escalate as appropriate in line with process
- Supporting students through any onboarding challenges
- Attending weekly engagement meetings and follow up on any actions that arise
- Actively supporting students in any conversation/correspondence to promote international student well-being
- Making calls to students who have not submitted or sat end of term summative assessments
- Working with learning support team by signposting students who require mental and wellbeing support
- Assisting with the co-ordination of programme orientations and other welcome events

The role will be a on a Hybrid Contract – home and office based. The office base can be at either Manchester, Birmingham or London BPP Offices with an expectation of coming into the office up to 3 times a week.
