Responsibilities
- Attend all meetings with the L&D Team
- Engaging key points of contract for a relationship to ensure that the various ongoing efforts are proceeding as per expectations.
- Managing communication with the leadership on the client side to achieve tighter coupling between teams.
- Analyzing client needs which consultant will help meet, and suggest suitable execution plans for the same.
- Engaging stakeholders in high-level learning solutions.
- Tracking and reporting status and providing a weekly dashboard to the client’s leadership.
- Raising issues and working with the client and client leadership team to map back expectations regarding quality, productivity, efficiency and workflow.
- Managing the skill sets available on client’s team to maximize output and payoff.
- Supporting the leads on the team with deliverables such as design documents, storyboards, review, and feedback

Location: REMOTE (Must be located in EST Time Zone)
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Learning Engagement Specialist or Program Manager
- Experience as a point of contact/liaison between leadership/stakeholders and Learning Team
- Ability to conduct a thorough learning needs assessment of current and future projects with the ability to create very high-level design documents
- Instructional design experience
- A thorough understanding of adult/corporate learning
- Ability to guide and coach stakeholders through analysis, design and the instructional design process
- Ability to suggest suitable learning execution plans
- Experience working with offshore teams in India
