Job Description
You will be working as a part of a team on behalf of Consumer Rights CIC. As an advisor, your principal role will be helping customers enquiring about government-funded schemes designed to reduce fuel poverty within society and to help reduce carbon emissions.
You will adopt a professional and friendly approach in assisting with the scheme management and providing advice to customers based on the training provided. Up to 4 weeks of training will be provided including a government recognised domestic energy assessor qualification. This role may offer you a gateway to more in-depth roles within the business with significant capacity for growth.

As an Energy Performance Advisor, we are offering.
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £19,000 - £25,000 per year.
Full/ Part time: Full Time
Pay: Monthly
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 – 5
What will you be doing?
Advising and supporting customers. Manage calls and emails while providing advice from your training and updating CRM
You will be trained on funding parameters & how to understand the energy performance rating of a property and how energy efficiency can be achieved using home insulation, heating & renewable energy sources.

- Delivery of excellent customer service by managing customers effectively
- Treat customers fairly by identifying customers' needs
- Work towards monthly KPI's to meet targets including call efficiency and quality
- Keep up to date with policies and products
- Build sustainable and growing relationships with our customers, be engaging in conversation and go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy with our service.
