Salary: £25,000 + Extensive Benefits Package
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Monday – Friday

Working within the Regulation Team and working closely with the delivery and data teams, you will ensure the effective co-ordination of all end point assessment activities. This will include the development and maintenance of a central library of all the Standards we currently deliver, liaising with the relevant stakeholders including employers, to provide information, advice, and guidance on individual EPAO booking and processing procedures, supporting teams with document submission, monitoring payments to EPAO’s and undertaking compliance audits to ensure College processes and ESFA funding requirements are met.
You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, highly organised, able to understand complex rules and regulation and have the ability to work on your own initiative. A sound knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards as well as end point assessment processes is desirable but not essential. You will have experience in working with young people and a familiarity with how apprenticeships are funded would also be desirable.
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Management or Team Leading and will also require a level 2 qualification or equivalent in Maths and English. Excellent communication, time management and IT skills are also essential.
