We're recruiting now for an End of life Specialist Nurse based in Canterbury. As the Specialist end of life care nurse will be responsible for the supervision, teaching and leadership of individual staff members and the quality of the care they deliver.

This role requires an experienced Community Nurse with non-medical prescribing (V300) sound clinical judgement and to act as a role model for the profession. As the senior clinician you will be a decision maker and a problem solver with accountability for your team’s performance.

You will be a clinical expert in caring for end of life patients in their own homes.

You will have advanced knowledge and skills and be able to manage complex patients within the community setting.
