Role
Join our Business Improvement and Innovation team at a time when the possibilities for business process and system improvement have never been greater. We are seeking a driven and skilled Technology Analyst to help manage the Engineering and Maintenance business through technical upgrades to the current SAP EWS system, manage the successful introduction of system changes, while exploring new rapid development technology that has the ability to transform how we operate. As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for influencing and working with business areas to deliver system and process improvements from a business perspective. You will coordinate across internal areas of British Airways Engineering and external support suppliers to ensure solutions match the business needs and change is delivered seamlessly. Your role will also involve understanding and coaching other users on the use EWS processes, many of which are complex and require specific knowledge acquired through the analysis of data and technology.
