EMS Marketing Senior Manager

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and commercial marketer to lead the delivery of marketing activity for Managed Services.
The Senior Marketing Manager is a role within the marketing capability in PwC, driving and delivering against the Managed Services marketing strategy and plan.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for EMS and working closely with the sales team and business stakeholders, this role is important to the firm to drive growth in this space.
The successful candidate will lead and deliver our marketing strategy and plan including market positioning, and work in collaboration with sales to deliver against our go to market priorities.
The individual will also work with colleagues across Lines of Service, Regions and Industries. In addition, they will have close collaboration with marketing teams operating in our marketing capability teams: Digital Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Brand and Sponsorships.
This role would suit a senior strategic marketer with demonstrable experience in shaping client-centric marketing strategies, particularly for large-scale programmes built on content, insight and thought leadership involving diverse stakeholder groups.
The successful candidate will be part of the PwC Sales & Marketing function, sitting within the Marketing team, and will be expected to contribute to and draw upon this wider network for development and delivery support.
Role Responsibilities
Working with the Head of EMS Marketing to develop and implement the marketing strategy and plan, which also aligns to the growth priorities of the firm.
Working with business stakeholders to understand commercial objectives and tailor marketing strategy to deliver outcomes.
Collaborating with marketing colleagues xlos to coordinate marketing activities to deliver best outcomes and best client experience.
Develop and oversee the activation of our marketing plan for EMS, working closely with a delivery team from digital marketing, brand, content and thought leadership, and campaign management.
Working closely with the sales and account teams to ensure we are targeting the right people at the right accounts and that all marketing activity is aligned to potential commercial outcomes
Responsible for marketing spend management.
Responsible for overseeing the value and impact of campaigns and activities - analysing outcomes and developing recommendations based on multiple data sets.
Bringing curiosity and challenge, and capturing best practice so that experience, information and knowledge are shared across the wider marketing teams.
Being a role model for sharing and collaboration, creating a positive team spirit across the marketing community.

Ability to bring new innovative marketing approaches to life and constantly evolve best practice
Experience in coaching and mentoring wider marketing capability team members
