We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our Sales Team. This is a Manchester based role working at least 3 days in the office, the remainder at home. As an Account Manager in the commercial arm of Telcom Group, you will work closely with the wider sales team, managing and growing a number of Telcom clients and reporting into the Head of Account Management.
The right candidate will see customers as close family and friends, and Relationship management as a customer service piece with opportunities being naturally unearthed for the sales team. Of course there will be KPI’s but there is also a huge opportunity to genuinely disrupt a poor performing, outdated industry. Go against the norm and reinvent the relationship management function in order to position ourselves as the most premium connectivity provider in the country.
What you'll be doing…
- Look after existing account relationships, in conjunction with the sales team, playing your part in ensuring Telcom has the best post-purchase experience in the industry.
- Embody the Telcom core values and set the bar on relationship methodology.
- Build and maintain the strongest customer relationships, always.
- Work towards strict KPI’s and report on monthly performance to your line manager.

We would love someone with…
You will join us as an experienced Account Manager from the telecommunications sector with a proven track record in a relationship based sales role. You will be regularly recognised for your amazing customer service skills, be used to working towards a variety of KPIs; be organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
Please note, you may be required to travel for this role so a full driving licence is required.
