Location: Flexible, based at Here East, London E15 2GW with working from home some or most of the time and at site locations as required, flexibility to travel is a must

In this role you will be:

  • Working within the HR team, providing a Employee relations service to corporate colleagues within Scope.
  • Challenging, coaching and mentoring management to engage and develop employee capability and behaviours in line with the organisation’s values.
  • Working as part of a team providing high level advice and guidance on complex Employee Relations cases.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be an effective communicator, who can think on their feet.
  • Have good experience of advising and coaching line managers on ER issues,
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and codes of practice.
  • Have significant experience of employee relations casework and of delivering HR training.
  • Have a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
  • have good understanding of employment law and the employment tribunal process.
