Employee Health and Wellbeing Analyst

12 month fixed term, full-time 37.5 hours
Salary range: £35,000 - £40,500

Role Overview
The Employee Health and Wellbeing Analyst plays a vital part in the team by leading on and managing the administration, reporting and analysis of our Viva wellbeing benefits.
In addition to completing the monthly and cyclical administration for the benefits, you’ll be responsible for creating and owning a range of wellbeing MI reports. For this aspect of the role there is an exciting opportunity for you to enhance the team’s existing reporting capability. You’ll use your data mining and integrity skills in Excel and SQL to create insightful, predictive, and prescriptive dashboards in Power BI and Business Objects that will help the team identify wellbeing and benefit needs and themes, to help improve our offering and take up of our benefits.

What you’ll do:
- Manage MI related administrative tasks including monthly uploads for benefit providers
- Produce a range of scheduled daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc people MI reports, including the monthly and annual wellbeing dashboards.
- Managing payroll and authorisation inputs
- Regular communication with wider team and other stakeholders to fully assess their report requirements work to deadlines and deliver exceptional service
- Quality control reports produced regarding spelling, grammar, validity of data, and layout
- Ensure that MI requirements are implemented within agreed timescales
- Administration support on projects for team members including preparing team presentation packs
- Responding to benefit enquiries (via Service Now system)
What you’ll bring:
- Expert data mining, numerical and analytical skills to understand, calculate and evaluate data
- Ability to draw qualitative conclusions based on quantitative data and trend analysis
- Workday or HR system and employee benefits platform experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced data visualisation expertise in SQL, Business Objects, PowerBI and Dax
- Strong inter-personal skills, team player and quick learner
- Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time with good organisation and prioritisation skills
