Job description
The Employee Experience Team is a newly formed team and is part of the wider People Team directorate. The main focus of the Employee Experience Team will be to create and deliver a range of initiatives and interventions to support the 2030 corporate plan.
The role of Employee Experience Specialist will report into the Head of Employee Experience and will significantly contribute to the diverse area of the People Portfolio, which impacts on the experience of our employees. This role will play a key part and will require the holder to have specialist knowledge, understanding, and the ability to analyse requirements of our employees to provide advice and solutions in line with both the Organisational and People Strategies.
As the post holder, you will be required to have expertise and accountability for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating initiatives and programmes which relate to employee experience.
Working closely across the People Team, collaborating with other specialist teams, your focus and accountabilities will be on areas of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Engagement and Performance Management.
Person Specification
- Educated to degree level or have similar level experience
- Experience of working in organisational development
- Experience of developing and implementing employee experience/engagement tools on a large scale
- Knowledge and experience of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Experience of managing projects with group wide implementation
- Ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to translate engagement data into deliverable actions
