Description:

We are seeking an experienced Erlang Developer with knowledge of telecommunications to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the Erlang programming language and its application in highly concurrent, distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, high-performance telecommunication systems using Erlang.
Maintain and improve existing codebase for maximum speed and scalability.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Deploy releases for production systems, ensuring high availability.
Actively participate in code reviews to improve software quality.
Collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders.
Support system integration efforts.
Document development and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Erlang and concurrent programming concepts.
Experience in telecommunications is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of distributed computing principles.
Proficiency in network programming (TCP/IP, UDP) and protocol implementation.
Good understanding of Unix/Linux systems.
Experience with database technologies like CouchDB.
Knowledge of other languages such as Node JS, Python, etc. is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of working independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
