If so; we are looking for an experienced learning and development professional with significant practical experience of successfully designing and delivering engaging, learning and development tools and interventions to a range of management and leadership levels.

About the role
It is an exciting time to join our team and be one of six Employee Development Advisers all delivering and designing training that supports the development of our staff at the University.
You will design training interventions, facilitating a range of development activities and workshops, most of which are facilitated virtually, however some may be face to face. Working collaboratively with other team members you will provide guidance and share best practice to ensure the most effective training solutions are developed.
About You
You will be experienced at designing and facilitating online and face to face workshops and, have proven experience of developing interactive solutions.
Your flexible style and “can do attitude” will enable you to build relationships quickly with internal stakeholders to; understand their requirements, recommend the most appropriate intervention, and develop innovative, effective, and accessible learning solutions that meets the needs of a diverse community.

This role is based at our lively Highfield campus, although your time will be split between working remotely from home and catching up with colleagues on campus.
