Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with management and leadership skills and experience to manage our Employment and Community Health Projects. This includes managing some longstanding teams such as Better Together, being part of partnerships such as Being You Leeds and Mens Health Unlocked, being involved in Mental Health transformation through our Community Wellbeing Connector roles as well as developing our new NEET 16-17 year old city-wide partnership service Nxt Steps.
The successful candidate will need to be able to drive the delivery of a number of contracts, be confident in their ability to achieve excellent outcomes and be able to manage their time effectively in order to do so. They will be required to manage people with different skill sets and provide monitoring reports for commissioners. They will work in partnership with other organisations so must be a good communicator, and able to represent BARCA,
the services it delivers and the communities we serve in a variety of forums. They must be flexible, adaptable, organised and able to manage a varied workload and changing priorities.
