Job description
We are seeking a talented Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at Where You At (WYA). This individual will work closely with our Product and Development teams to create compelling, engaging and innovative content for our social media platforms, and will shape our visual brand identity.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
2. Design and create eye-catching graphics for social media posts, website content, and digital advertising campaigns using Adobe Suite.
3. Collaborate with the Development and Product teams to ensure our brand message is consistent across all platforms.
4. Curate a culture of passion for the WYA brand across the social media channels.
5. Organise and participate in events to build community and boost the brand’s awareness.
6. **Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.**
**Skills:**
1. Proven experience in managing multiple social media channels.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visually stunning graphics.
3. Proficiency with the modern AI content creation suite (Midjourney, GPT4, Runway)
4. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok best practices.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hours and pay negotiable for the right candidate. Must be with reach of London to attend occasional meetings.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
