At NCP we are looking for a talented Regional Sales Executive to join our commercial team!
This a new and exciting opportunity if you are looking to progress, grow or begin your sales career. We are looking for talented individuals who are committed to living our values and to deliver the agreed NCP revenue targets by utilising the company’s sales-based methodology. As a Regional Product and Partnership Sales Executive with NCP, you will be responsible for your individual sales productivity and be accountable for the sale of NCP’s Products and Services.
The role is regional covering all leased car parks in the area therefore there is an expectation of regular travel and overnight stays. There will be ad hoc weekend working during peak season and events.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- You’ll be responsible for the sale of NCP’s products (e.g Season tickets, Parkpass App, Validations and Event Sales) to drive revenue performance across NCP’s car parks
- To achieve all individual sales targets and related monthly KPI’s.
- Work in partnership with other functions to influence and create relevant customer and market sales propositions.
- Work closely with the Commercial Managers to deliver season ticket revenue, both B2C and B2B, work closely and in conjunction with the Telesales team.
- Onboard new product sales into your territory
- Understand strategic targets by product and car park with the Commercial Manager, implement an advance plan of attack which will ensure a maximum revenue and volume return for the business.
- Report back and demonstrate on success to the business with a view of selling the right product in the right car park aligned by the Commercial Manager.
- Utilise promotional marketing material to aid success rate, the use of leaflets, posters and banners create awareness of product, it is then the responsibility for the colleague to sell the FAB’s of NCPs products.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience of end to end sales
- Committed and driven individual, with the ability to self-motivate and work un-supervised
- Strong collaboration skills
- Confident in developing new and existing business relationships with clients and customers
- You’ll have knowledge of improving revenue and volume aspects per site working cross functionally
- Confident financial/commercial acumen
- An understanding and experience of multi-site revenue generation (Preferred Skill)
