  • JOB TITLE: Emerging Talent Advisor
  • SALARY: £26,980 - £28,400
  • LOCATION(S): Leeds
  • HOURS: Full Time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

What we need from you!
  • Be highly organised, with good attention to detail - you’ll help us to keep track of key projects and manage our data effectively.
  • Have strong written communication skills – you’ll support us with communications to business stakeholders, line managers and graduates, interns.
  • Be attracted to a fast paced environment with a relatively high degree of flexibility, and be comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Be proactive in looking for opportunities to add value and support the team.
  • Be confident using excel, powerpoint etc and also have an enthusiasm for technology – you’ll help us to find engaging ways to engage an audience and to collaborate as a team – whether that’s via Yamma, Teams or other platforms.
Task examples might include:
  • Coordination/set up of virtual induction events for graduates, interns, higher apprentices
  • Drafting engaging line manager and graduate communications
  • Working with working party reps to establish community and engagement activities
  • Create and issue feedback surveys, collate insights and recommendations to share with team
  • Manage mailbox for any central graduate or line manager queries
  • Track Professional qualification progression of graduates and investigate issues
  • Track roll off progression of graduates and produce status updates for senior audience
  • Creation of Sharepoint sites
  • Issue mail merges and communications across the agenda
  • Oversee process flow maps and other key operational/risk activities
  • Produce divisional reports of where graduate alumni talent are in order to progress with divisional brokering
  • Coordinate with graduates on our teams behalf when we need support for assessment centres/buddys/stories for external marketing etc
  • Look into policy issues on behalf of team as necessary e.g. sponsorship
  • Respond to MI requests
