Summary of Job Duties:
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is

Qualifications:
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- Phlebotomy Certificate from a registered program or equivalency
- At least one year of experience in a clinical laboratory
- Knowledge of the principles of Quality Control related to test kits
- Ability to perform waived tests and interpret results
- Ability to maintain laboratory equipment
- Dependability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain records accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively
