Working as part of the core EMEA ESG team to develop our EU Green Deal offerings related to the ESG agenda and embed these across the ESG workstreams
Supporting the EMEA ESG EU Green Deal Leader and working closely with the Global ESG TLS Team to embed EU Green deal offerings across the network. Among other functions, the driver will assist with the following:
Capability Mapping: Driving capability mapping across the ESG network
Collateral / Tools: Developing targeted collateral / tools to support the ESG EU Green Deal value proposition (including assisting the Center of excellence (‘CoE’), assisting with flyers / brochures on ESG EU Green Deal capability and associated website collateral) to facilitate client engagement and xLoS teaming
Strengthen market access: Driving EU Green Deal targeting activity for G200 clients, including identifying where the CoE can team with tax, people and the wider firm on ESG related go-to-market activities
Thought Leadership: Working with the Global ESG TLS Team to identify and drive pieces of EU Green Deal Thought Leadership to elevate PwC’s external brand as an ESG thought leader
Capture market potential: Understanding existing or upcoming issues and regulations, risks and opportunities in relation to the CoE / EU Green Deal services connected to the ESG agenda, and working with the EMEA ESG EU Green Deal Leaders and wider ESG team to develop targeted client engagement materials
XLoS and TLS teaming: embed ESG EU Green Deal capabilities in the wider TLS and XLoS ESG offerings
Upskilling: Upskilling global colleagues around our EU Green Deal capabilities
Operational Support: Providing operational support to the EMEA ESG EU Green Deal Leader around priority ESG initiatives
This work also includes supporting colleagues from TLS and X-LoS, by embedding EU Green Deal capabilities in wider firm initiatives, helping clients build trust and deliver sustained outcomes.
The main activities in the role will include:
Driving events, activities and business development in the area of ESG EU Green deal issues
Coordinating a team of experts from across the network;
Working to enhance the value proposition of CoE in this space;
Developing research and driving thought leadership;
Project management and governance;
Involvement in XLoS and global efforts around ESG EU Green Deal;
Driving learning and development across TLS network;
Supporting client teams in their discussions with clients regarding EU Green Deal capabilities and service offerings.
