As a EMEA Global Workforce Screening - Associate you will work for Global Security which protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This mission is executed through the implementation of technology, best-in-class talent, and client collaboration.
In the Global Workforce Screening team you will be responsible for conducting the Firm’s screening processes in order to ensure a safe and secure working environment and to guard against the potential liability to the Firm’s employees, customers, facilities, assets and reputation.
You will be working in Bournemouth and you will support the function's continued process improvement strategy through technology, automation and AI/ML development.
Job responsibilities
- Planning – ensure understanding of the business requirements from the Operations Manager and be able to priorities requests. Understand the business process and be able to demonstrate how the technology can support the process
- Co-ordination – ensure technology enhancements are understood, develop and provide training where required
- Execution – manage the end to end lifecycle of technology requirements from Requirements Gathering to Production Go Live and Post Production; Conduct annual reviews of existing automations
- Reporting – provide senior management reporting of impact of technology enhancements
- Interact with stakeholders and develop relationships with partners such as Human Resources, Employee Relations, Assignment Sponsors, Sourcing and project teams; globally.
- Drive best practice and efficient practices; keep procedures, job aids and training documents updated
- Carry out any other duties or projects as directed by EMEA GS Senior managers and to provide general support to all product lines when required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience gained in Strategic Change Management, Process Improvement or Operations
- Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organisation
- Exposure to Alteryx, Tableau, UI Part, AI/ML tools, using them as part of current role
- Strong data reporting and macro skills; working knowledge of Confluence, Robotics & SharePoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced MS Office Use - Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint as well as SharePoint Design
- Exposure to Enterprise Technology projects and familiar with AGILE
- Experience in using metrics to drive operational performance within an organization
