About You
Reporting into the Head of EMEA Digital & E-commerce Capabilities, the EMEA Digital Marketing Manager, will have the opportunity to accelerate the digital journey for iconic brands such as Andrex, Huggies, Kotex and Kleenex. The role is to accelerate EMEA digital capability in marketing to support commercial transformation and brand objectives all in light of our EMEA Growth Strategy. It is a great opportunity for someone with hands on experience in Data Driven Digital Marketing across multiple markets to provide leadership across the region as well as guide implementations to drive sustained business impact, profit and growth. The Role

You will develop next level capabilities to enable KC to lead with digital to accelerate our commercial transformation, provide strategy, thought leadership and fuel our business and brand growth.
This high-profile role offers an exciting career opportunity within the EMEA organization. You will deliver cross market capabilities in line with the overall EMEA Digital & E-commerce Vision, Strategy & Roadmap.
Lead and partner with key markets and stakeholders to create, develop and implement data driven and people based marketing initiatives across the region (e.g., Consumer Engagement Experiences, people based marketing strategies, Search, Consumer data strategy, Digital Innovations, etc.). Create, scale and share learnings and best practices to grow our people and capabilities across EMEA Leading the matrix of teams (DTS, sector marketing, business teams, legal, agency partners) needed to deliver consistently on our business commitments, following our strategy.
Experience and Knowledge
You will bring extensive experience from a digital marketing role with proven success and experience in digital SME areas.
A proven track record of delivering impact with digital consumer experiences across PESO
Ability and willingness to grow our people and to continuously develop your own and the organization’s capability as the digital space develops, in an agile manner
Ability to think beyond own focus areas in connected digital eco system with a consumer centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to influence people cross-functionally and at all business levels in a complex matrix environment
Proven ability to deliver Consumer Engagement Platforms with proven business impact as part of connected consumer experience
Clear demonstration of understanding of the Cookieless future data and ability to support marketeers with recommendations and solutions in multiple markets regarding, strategy, tech/tools and processes
Experience with using agencies/consultants to help shape delivery and achieve results with the ability to challenge agencies on scope and delivered work.
An understanding of new roles of agencies in PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned Media) ways of working would be ideal.
Ability to identify and act on the consumer needs in Digital, the role PESO channels play in the consumer journey and spotting opportunities for our brands to build more meaningful 1 on 1 relationships with consumers and improve the consumer experience in a personalised way
Comfortable with working with ambiguity and working to define focus areas. Leading focus areas autonomously
Ability to influence a wide range of internal and external senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
Strong commercial acumen - highly numerate, with strong analytical skills
Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Outstanding interpersonal / collaborative skills
