We’re seeking a future team member for the role of EMEA BUSINESS MANAGEMENT to join our Markets & Execution Services team. This role is located in London and will be Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the Head of Business Management with day-to-day regional business management activity
- Help prepare regular and adhoc presentations
- Planning and tactical project management
- Manage central talent and recruiting activities
- Co-ordinate key enterprise initiatives forward on behalf of the Markets & Execution Services business
- Facilities management and location strategy
- Support the overarching employee engagement framework
- Represent Markets & Execution Services at appropriate International Business Management (CAO) forums
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders within Markets line of business and peers and key stakeholders in EMEA.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times
- Strong influencing skills, including ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback
- Ability to create and maintain organization of many ongoing initiatives
- PC skills: Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities when required
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
