They currently operate in the business supplies sector but are well on their way to the ambition of diversifying into new sectors.

They are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who ideally has worked in a B2B ecommerce trading environment and has a strong understanding of segmentation and retention strategies.


As Email Marketing Specialist you will:


  • Management of the Email Trading Channel across 2 dynamic B2B brands, measuring core KPI’s with ownership of channel revenue.
  • Strategically design and execute plans that cover segmented and personalised email activity, promotions, value, service led and transactional messaging.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to plan and build on brand trading campaigns.
  • Own the email marketing automation programs, developing triggers linked to customer real time behaviour to aid conversion and retention.
  • Be the channel expert on Email marketing trends, new technologies and segmentation strategies in order to develop our marketing activity, becoming industry leading.


Requirements:


  • 1.5 years working in an email marketing role managing both manual and automated campaigns
  • Experience with email systems, to include template management, copy, segmentation, automation, and personalisation
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Solid experience using ESP’s, ideally DotDigital
  • Working knowledge of personalisation tools and platforms
  • An up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in email
