This role is based in the UK on a homeworking contract or based in our London office. Christian Aid is currently trialing a hybrid working model and you will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days per week.
The salary quoted is for homeworking, if based in our London office the salary will be £38,453.

About the role
Christian Aid is looking for an ambitious Email Marketing Officer to drive communications that inspire our audiences to Give, Act and Pray. This is a really important role for the Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Department and you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to shape our email marketing using Click Dimensions - our email marketing service provider. This will include looking at loyalty journeys and better understanding the role of email in the digital mix.
About you
You are a self-starter with an excitement and passion for email marketing that inspires audiences to take action.
You will work with internal stakeholders to create inspirational and compelling email content that delivers inspires people to Give, Act and Pray. As an integral member of our Digital Team, you will lead on the delivery of email campaigns, reporting and optimising emails to help us achieve our ambitions and delivers income targets that makes an impact for people in poverty.
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic email marketing professional with significant experience of designing, testing and delivering e-newsletters, email campaigns and marketing communications to drive engagement and activation.
