Job description
FearLess is on a mission to break the cycle of abuse! We support over 10,000 adults and children every single year across the Southwest, delivering services for victims (adults and children) and perpetrators.
Despite running for over 30 years, FearLess is relatively new to fundraising and marketing. As such, we are looking for a committed and experienced fundraiser to join our small Fundraising Team to lead on and develop fundraising activities and a supporter base across Wiltshire.
If you’re up for a challenge, one that has the ability to make a big difference to our charity, then we’d love to hear from you!
You will have experience in a range of income streams and will develop support from community, events and corporate. You’ll be a creative thinker, with a strong understanding of budgeting, ROI’s and how to meet targets.
In this varied role you will support and train fundraising volunteers, develop high value relationships with fundraisers and donors, recruit new supporters and groups in your patch, manage third party events and organise and run in house fundraising events.
This role is fully supported by the Head of Fundraising. You will have significant experience raising funds and working alongside volunteers, be self-motivated, and be able to juggle a mixed workload. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to enthuse others and colleagues, about fundraising.
Early applications are encouraged as interviews will be on-going, therefore this vacancy may close early if a suitable candidate is identified prior to the closing date.
