Join the fast-growing team of an artificial intelligence and technology company in the Bay Area as their Audio Visual Technician. This role is required to be on-site 5 days a week in various Bay Area locations including SF, Foster city and Fremont. This is a full-time contract 7 month contract position.

Audio Visual Technician Responsibilities:
? Provide support for all company internal audio visual equipment including conference room displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, controllers, and cabling.
? Provide production support for meetings and live streams (All Hands, Executive Meetings, and Webinars).
? Maintain AV support ticket queue, prioritizing urgent tickets with excellent follow-up.
? Perform physical sweeps of conference rooms and digital signage to verify functionality.
? Evaluate and implement new hardware and software solutions.
? Troubleshoot issues in real-time during live events both in person and remotely.
? Create and maintain documentation for internal team processes and user-facing support articles.

Audio Visual Technician Requirements:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? 2+ years in a similar audio visual or IT support role.
? 1+ Years of Experience running live company events streamed to multiple locations.
? Ability to manuveur tight spaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
? Experience managing Zoom Rooms and relevant conferencing hardware.
? Familiarity configuring iOS, macOS, or other meeting room controllers.
? Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
? Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting as it relates to conferencing and
company events.
? Experience providing white glove executive support preferred.
? 2+ years in a similar audio visual or IT support role.
? 1+ Years of Experience running live company events streamed to multiple locations.
