Company Description
DykLaine LLC is a specialty analytical services lab providing R&D, materials analysis, failure analysis, and specialty testing services to our customers. We serve customers in the semiconductor tool, medical device, printed circuit board, and other materials manufacturing industries. Our analysis assists our customers to provide the next generation of tools to the semiconductor, science and technology sectors.
At DykLane LLC we endeavor to provide services at the crossroads between manufacturing and analysis. Many analytical labs rely on samples to be prepared or sectioned to be microscope ready. We are challenged daily to find novel ways of creating microscopy samples from large or irregular parts while maximizing the cleanliness and integrity of the original sample conditions. This process involves modification of existing tools or finding new ways of using existing tool configurations. To do this we have the in house capability to custom machine fixturing or modifications to analysis tool parts using CAD/CAM and CNC processes.
As a privately owned company we strive to find a good work life balance while meeting the urgent and fixed timelines of our customers.
