At present, the Dabangg Hospitality group has approximately 500 employees as their team continues to grow and expand in line with their success. We are now looking to recruit an Electrician to join our friendly team.

Job Purpose:
As a Dabangg Hospitality Group Electrician, you will be responsible for installing electrical systems, diagnosing faults and solving common electrical problems, such as power outages and low voltage supply, at all our Restaurant sites across England, and on occasion in Scotland. You will document electrical repairs, monitor the purchase of electrical supplies and perform preventive maintenance on electrical installations. We will depend on you for professional advice on certain issues like compliance with building and electrical installation codes.
Key responsibilities:
- Surveying sites where electrical systems are installed
- Drafting electrical installation plans and technical diagrams
- Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing all electrical systems in public spaces and buildings
- Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulations
- Supervising ongoing electrical system installations and providing technical expertise to installation teams where needed
- Using blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete projects
- Completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the job
- Identifying electrical problems and repairing them
- Advising the company’s management when to replace aged electrical equipment to prevent hazards
- Conducting general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Communication skills
- Physical strength to move around the installation site for long hours, while carrying heavy electrical equipment and tools
- Troubleshooting skills to determine electrical malfunctions
- Leadership and diplomatic skills
- Strong manual dexterity and eye to hand coordination
- Basic first aid and rescue skills
- Appropriate qualifications
