We have exciting opportunities for an experienced contract manager to lead on a programme of contract management for the People Directorate, including contracts for health, the voluntary and community sector, public health and social care.
What you’ll be doing:
You will work with the Associate Director for People Strategy and Commissioning in managing the contract for the Council’s wholly owned company for children’s social care.
As a Manager within the People Strategy and Commissioning Team, you will play a key role in the delivery of our ambitious Adult Social Care Transformation Programme and contribute to management decisions across the broader team.
What you’ll have:
You will have a strong track record in managing the performance of contracted providers and ensuring the delivering of effective and efficient services, as well as possess excellent negotiation skills.
