JOIN THE OZONE TEAM!
At Ozone we strive for betterment for our environment our people and our hospitality practices.
We're looking for chefs to join our East London kitchen team. Our chefs work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London's best suppliers (Natoora Flock & Herd Wild Farmed Fin & Flounder).
Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens currently running at 2-3%. We achieve this through fermenting pickling and reusing our bi-waste (turning waste barista milk in to ricotta and baking our vegetables in waste coffee grounds!)
We're looking for someone with previous experience in the kitchen but an eagerness to continue learning to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.
We love creating new dishes by taking ideas and inspiration from all of our team.

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 1 years kitchen experience.
- Positive and personable.
- Passion for working sustainably.
- Good personal presentation and hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a clean section.
- Appreciation of exceptional food.
- Broad range of knowledge of cooking terminology, techniques & ingredients.
