We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties in the Reading areas. The Electrician role:
- Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic settings, with occasional electrical testing requirements
- You will be working towards weekly productivity targets; attending emergency, reactive and routine repairs
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.
What will you bring as an Electrician?
- Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, or similar professional body (eg. City & Guilds), with 18th Edition and 2391, which is essential
- Motivated and flexible in your approach to work. You will be able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
