The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate for this position will be a quick learner, flexible, adaptable, proactive, and possess high aptitude for time management. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with positive attitude, passion for the industry and a willingness and ability to work for our current Senior Graphic Designer.
· Learning how to design and create Memorial folders, Register Books and other stationary used in creating meaningful services for the families we look after.
· Ensuring a consistent online presence in conjunction with marketing partners
· Designing of marketing material distribution in line with marketing strategy.
· Corresponding with various advertising agents to deliver produced marketing material.
· Being a team player, filling other roles when required including answering phones, assisting in greeting families and any other administrative task as they come up.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· A current student or a recent graduate of a graphic design program
· A willingness to learn from our current Senior Graphic Designer
· An interest in social media and how we can use this to support our business
· Great attitude and team player. Loves working with others and always striving to exceed customer expectations.
· Caring and compassionate; able to communicate with families in a caring and compassionate way.
· Detail oriented and organized. Great at managing time and keeps tasks organized and prioritized.
This position will work 3 days per week Thursday, Friday and Saturdays during the day. Compensation package is competitive and based on the experience and suitability of the candidate. We look forward to having you join our amazing team of funeral care professionals.

Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
