Fawkes & Reece are currently working with an established Principle Contractor that are looking to increase the size of their Building Services team, specifically working on Data Centres. These projects will be based in Berkshire/West London and will all have values of around £15m to £30m M&E packages.
You will be the Electrical Project Manager on site, to make sure all electrical installation has been installed corrected, alongside managing sub-contractors on site. You will be working closely with the Lead MEP Project Manager and the Mechanical Project Manager on a day-to-day basis.

They are based in Central London and have an office near King's Cross St Pancras. A number of long standing members within the team to provide experience and knowledge to all members of staff.
