It is a very exciting time of growth for our Corporate Finance team, and we are currently hiring a Revenue and Credit Specialist.
This role is remote and can be located in Austin or Dallas/Ft. Worth.
It is a very exciting time of growth for our Corporate Accounting team, and we are currently hiring a Revenue and Credit Specialist. This role is remote and can be located in Austin or DFW area.
What will my role be?
As Revenue and Credit Specialist, you will:
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
- Communicate with previous clients and current customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
- Generate service invoices from the time and billing system
- Generate product invoices from Business Central
- Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into our accounting systems
- Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Account collections
What’s required?
- 1-2 years’ experience working in accounts receivable and collections.
- Demonstrated experience in Excel
- Experience creating client invoices in an accounting system
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Data entry skills
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
What would set me apart?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
