Apprenticeship Opportunities for September 2023 - L2 & L3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship.
We are looking for individuals to embark on an Apprenticeship with the Company. Your start date with College will be September 2023, but we would like you start your journey with us sooner. You will start in our Production Areas, where you will work alongside experienced colleagues & learn how to read Electrical / Mechanical drawings & use our 3D visualisation tools to support you with the knowledge to build our products. You will learn all aspects of the build within our Electrical Control Panel & Treatment Dosing Kiosks/Skids. Other duties will include how to work safely & efficiently & to maintain a clean & tidy work area in line with health & safety, & environmental working practices. Alongside your experienced colleagues, you will be able to access most areas of Production to give you the best insight of how our products are built & how we expect you to perform.
You will split your time between college & the workplace, learning everything from electrical wiring, mechanical fitting, continuous improvements, or using your skills to problem solve & much more! Your training programme will involve you studying an Apprenticeship Extended Diploma at Levels 2 & 3 in an Electrical/Mechanical Field. Once you have completed your training, you will be required to take End Point Assessments to demonstrate your skills, knowledge, & behaviours, to show that you can perform all aspects of what you have learnt.
