Central Laws, Rules, and Regulations Risk Oversight

As a Barclays Compliance Central Laws, Rules, and Regulations Risk Oversight Manager, you will be accountable for assisting in the implementation and execution of Compliance activities associated to the framework for managing LRR Risk. This includes supporting the definition of core Compliance procedures and operating relevant processes, and you will play a key role in contributing to the build out of processes, as well as providing constructive feedback and ideas.

What will you be doing?
- Maintaining and operating LRR Risk Oversight procedures including reviewing escalations relating to LRR non-adherence
- Providing SME guidance on queries relating to LRR Risk Management
- Assisting in the production of LRR Risk Management MI
- Providing check and challenge on the creation and maintenance of the UK LRR Inventory
- Helping in the build out of LRR Risk Management Training and Communications
- Contributing to the delivery of Compliance Milestones under the ongoing project tasks
- Self-starter with experience helping out in the operation of a Control Framework or material change initiative
- Awareness and knowledge of the UK and/or Europe Regulatory Environment
- Proven experience operating processes and driving continuous improvement within their teams
- Ability to consolidate and relay information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in Compliance and a solid grasp of LRR Risk Management
- Proven experience managing varying deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority
