Support T&C EE Engineering team with new model introduction and current model process management. Work cross-functionally to plan installations of EOL (End Of Line) and Testerline systems/processes, maintain the systems, and solve complex issues regarding these processes.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Engineering HNC/Degree or prepared to work towards this qualification
• Understanding of vehicle EE systems, diagnostics and plant EE process is desirable
• Capability to learn EE process tools such as Vector CANalyzer, DDT2000 and Siemens SIDIS software packages
• Project management skills
• Able to work autonomously, with a hands-on approach
• Good computer skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills, written & verbal
• Self-motivated team worker with a flexible working approach

Outline and Responsibilities:

• Support the assessment, planning and implementation of the plant EE process for new models and minor change programs
• Support the management of EE processes for existing models e.g. design changes, concern investigation and process improvements
• Specify and manage the installation of new equipment/processes
• Work closely with other departments involved in the EE process e.g. R&D, Central Engineering, Production, Design Change Control and Quality Assurance
• Design and implementation of innovative solutions to plants requirements
